All classes are held in Skegness, Lincolnshire throughout the week. All sizes, ages and abilities are very welcome! Any questions feel free to contact me ॐ

For classes at the Embassy Swimming Pool and Gym:

• Call 01754 610675 to book a space or book in person at the reception 
• Classes cost £4.30 without an MV card or £3.60 with a standard card 
• All equipment is provided but feel free to bring your own!
